How We Got Here
AeroWash Solution LLC was founded by Tadd, Drew, and Evan Buchanan — a father and his two sons from Springfield, Missouri — on a simple observation: commercial building cleaning hasn’t changed in decades. Scaffolding still blocks entrances. Workers still risk their lives at dangerous heights. Costs keep rising while quality stays unpredictable.
We saw drone technology transforming industries like agriculture, construction, and inspection — and asked: why not cleaning? Combining commercial drone operations with professional-grade Lucid Bots cleaning systems (300–4,500 PSI, deionized water, Aspen Chemical Supply solutions), the Buchanans built a service that eliminates the biggest pain points of traditional exterior maintenance.
Today, AeroWash Solution serves commercial real estate portfolios, manufacturing facilities, solar farms, and warehouses across the Midwest — including Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Illinois, and Tennessee.
